Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and proactive HR professional to join our HRBP team and play a key role in enhancing the employee experience. As a Sr. Associate, HRBP, you will be the first line of support for employees across their lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes, timely resolution of concerns, and active contribution to building a high-engagement, productive culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in people interactions, enjoys solving day-to-day challenges, and is eager to learn and grow into a strategic HRBP role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee touchpoints across the lifecycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, engagement, exits), ensuring seamless experiences.
- Partner with the Manager, HRBP and business leaders to strengthen employee relationships, foster morale, and enhance overall engagement.
- Conduct regular connects and 1 : 1s with employees to capture pulse, resolve immediate concerns, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Drive execution of engagement initiatives, conduct R&R programs, and assist with other culture-building activities.
- Handle and support ad hoc tasks and backend operational work, ensuring timely completion and smooth coordination across teams.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and data, ensuring compliance and process consistency.
- Share insights with the Manager, HRBP from employee interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP, HR Operations, or Employee Engagement role.Comfortable working in a semi night shift (5PM – 3AM IST) to support teams across time zones.Based out of Bangalore with flexibility to work remotelySkills Required
