- Candidate must have minimum 7 years' experience in Bulk hiring of blue-collar off-roll staff.
- The candidate should have a good control of recruiting people in the entire Northern Region.
- Must have experience in bulk hiring for manufacturing companies in NCR location & Alwar location.
- Candidate must also have experience in team handling.
- As per the business requirement, if necessary, he will also responsible to appoint a supervisor with his own reference.
- He should have his own bulk data base of the candidates with following background : _ITI (Any trade)_12th & 10th pass-out candidates_ Diploma in any trade
- Salary budget : Best in Industry
- Only Male candidate.
- Candidate should have his won two-wheeler.
- Qualification : Any Graduate
- Preferable Industry : Staffing & Recruitment
