We are hiring for Asst Manager_Recruitment (Domestic IT Staffing) for Noida .

Role & Responsibilities : -

Managing a team of recruiter for delivery on open positions.
Stakeholder management
Managing entire pre and post recruitment life cycle.
Client interaction and developed good repo with them to get more exclusive positions.
Train and coach new hire and maintain their performance.
Must be delivering on all domesting IT Staffing positions on assigned timeframe.
Maintain profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing & Recruitment industry.

Strong understanding of Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Domestic It Staffing, Head Hunting, Sourcing Profiles, Recruitment Consulting, Temporary Staffing (C2H), Contract To Hire model.

Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Candidates from Recruitment or staffing companies will prefer for this role.

Available for Immediate joining.

Available for work from office.
