Functional Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of procedures & Processes necessary for the scope of work.
• Experience with system scripting, ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with Job Scheduler tools like ControlM
• Hands-on experience in Databases like MySql.
• Extensive experience in Broking / Trading application.
• Maintain and manage BAU for application assigned independently.
• Hands-on experience in handing and understanding Windows & Linux.
• Manages day to day operational aspect of application support.
• Support production issues. Perform RCA and identify solution for customer complaints and issues.
• Should have sound knowledge of change, incident & problem management
• Reviews necessary health check and monitoring reports and act appropriately.
• All issues and requests are properly tracked & Closed in a timely & efficient manner followed with periodic updates.
• All the relevant documents for application support – BAU are kept up to date.
• Capability of highlighting risk to management on time.
• Willing to work in shifts and flexible to work in 24X7 environments.
• To conduct DR / BCP for critical application half yearly.
• Lead internal team or task force.
• Complies with and help to enforce standard procedures and policies with good Documentation skills.
• Ready to work in Shifts & weekends.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Any Graduate / Postgraduate Hands-on knowledge on Trading Applications & NSE Colo. Knowledge on ITIL Processes. Hands on knowledge on Linux & Bash Scripting. General IT Infrastructure & Networking knowledge. Knowledge on ControlM tool will be a added advantage.

Experience 6-12 years
