We are looking for a motivated Application Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our applications, ensuring their optimal performance, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

- Provide technical support for applications and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve application bugs and enhance performance.
- Monitor application performance and take proactive measures to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Train and guide users on application features and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in application support or a related role.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application deployment processes.Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.Experience with troubleshooting tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Skills Required
