Job descriptionApplication Support : Provide end-to-end support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization. Production Support : Monitor production systems, ensure stability, and address any issues that arise. Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaboration : Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure smooth deployments. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability. On-Call Support : Provide on-call support as needed to address critical issues outside regular working hours. Technical Expertise : Strong experience with Linux and SQL. Background : Proven experience in Application / Production Support roles. Domain Knowledge : Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable. Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills .

Manditory-Domain Knowledge : Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.
