JOB Description-
Responsibilities : Team Management :
- Supervise and lead a team of BPO representatives to ensure efficient workflow.
Operational Efficiency :
Monitor and manage daily operations to meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.Reporting and Analysis :
Generate and analyse performance reports to track team metrics and KPIs.Training and Development :
Plan and conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, new processes, and tools.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience (2+ Years) in a BPO environment with leadership or supervisory role.Strong understanding of BPO operations, processes, and best practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
