Job Title : Sales Team Lead

Role Overview :
Lead a high-performing sales team focused on converting high-intent leads into enrollments for premium programs priced between - 1.5 Lakh - 2 Lakh. Drive revenue, enforce process discipline, and coach the team for excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-12 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets aligned with revenue goals.
- Own part of the revenue quota and ensure 90%+ team target achievement.
- Drive conversions for high-ticket consultative sales programs.
- Coach sales executives on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Track and analyze key funnel metrics : conversion rate (3-6%), connect rate, and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and customer experience.
- Implement and enforce sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Required Skillsets :
Proven 4-6 years of experience in B2C inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
