What you will be doing?
- Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across channels (email, paid ads, webinars, social, content, events, ABM, etc.) to build a predictable pipeline.
- Partner with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals and ensure smooth lead handoff, qualification, and conversion.
- Own and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to track, nurture, and score leads.
- Build and manage the demand gen funnel, monitor conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Create ABM strategies to target key accounts with personalized campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to develop assets (case studies, eBooks, landing pages, ads, emails).
- Manage paid media budget effectively across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Desired Profile :
4-7 years of experience in demand generation preferably within B2B SaaS organizations.Strong understanding of buying cycles, lead funnels, and pipeline management.Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and analytics tools.Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and meeting revenue targets.Experience with paid acquisition, ABM, email nurture campaigns, and webinar / event marketing.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.(ref : iimjobs.com)
