This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.You will partner with product, architecture, and platform teams to deliver enterprise-scale systems aligned with data, AI, and security goals. Your leadership will shape culture, architecture, and team success.What You will Do : Lead and grow a team of 10–14 backend engineers and site reliability engineersDefine team goals, ensure performance, and provide mentorship and career guidanceFoster a culture of ownership, innovation, inclusion, and engineering excellencePartner with global product and architecture teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutionsDrive delivery of secure, cloud-native backend services with high availability and performanceMake technical and architectural decisions that align with enterprise strategyPromote Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD best practices across teamsOwn project execution, delivery schedules, and communication across stakeholdersManage dependencies, risks, and ensure proactive resolution of blockersCollaborate across engineering, platform, SRE, and compliance teams to align delivery with business and operational goalsWhat You will Bring : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (master’s preferred)4-7 years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong experience managing global, cross-functional teams and agile delivery pipelinesProven track record of delivering enterprise platforms in production environmentsDeep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS / GCP also relevant)Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes)Hands-on familiarity with technologies like Java, Python, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQL, NoSQL, Terraform, Splunk, GrafanaExperience with financial systems, credit platforms, or document workflow applicationsKnowledge of SOX, compliance requirements, and secure system architectureExcellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non-technical teamsExperience designing high-resilience, observable, and audit-compliant systemsExposure to AI / ML system integration is a strong plusMust Have Skills : REST microservice designHigh availability system design useSpring boot / K8S / KafkaSQL and NoSQLCI / CD, Agile Delivery
