Role : Software Engineering Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location : Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida

Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Software Engineering Lead who can drive end-to-end solution development transforming product requirements into scalable, high-quality applications. You ll be responsible for guiding teams, building prototypes, ensuring timely delivery, and staying ahead of technology trends to create impactful solutions.

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and full stack development.
  • Prior experience in leading / managing engineering teams (5 7 years preferred).

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Translate business and product requirements into conceptual, logical, and technical designs.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, automation, and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to prioritize and deliver sprint goals.
  • Actively contribute to development using Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, and AWS cloud platforms .
  • Architect and develop both front-end (UI / UX) and back-end applications with seamless integration.
  • Ensure application responsiveness, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Guide and mentor associates, foster collaboration, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile framework.
  • Support deployment, testing, and maintenance of applications across environments.

    • Technical Expertise

    Required :

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices .
  • Frontend experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap / Material UI .
  • Solid understanding of SQL, XML, JDBC, JSON, and distributed system architectures .
  • Familiarity with UI / UX design principles, responsive / adaptive design.
  • Proficiency in development tools (IDEs, build frameworks, Git, Jira, ALM tools).
  • Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, problem-solving, and algorithms .
  • Strong verbal / written communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of Unix / Shell scripting.

    • Desired :

  • Experience in Energy & Utilities domain .
  • AWS cloud-native application development.
  • PMP or Agile certifications.
