About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering leads quality engineering function to drive automation in Progression and regressions Testing. This role is critical in delivering quality software solutions and collaborating closely with product and IT partners. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can coach a high-performing team, drive automation improvements, and deliver next generation quality engineering solutions for Mobile, Web and AI testing.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Software Development Engineers in Test by setting direction, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, quality, and budget requirements.
- Establish relationships with Business to support their needs, including the walkthrough on Testing strategy, detailed test cases, etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing delivery activities for various stakeholders (PMO, DEV, Engineering, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement across development practices, tooling, processes, and security / compliance adherence.
- Manage technical relationships with vendors, influence roadmap discussions, and advocate for key platform features.
- Hire and onboard new talent, improve team productivity, and scale the engineering capabilities as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT partners across multiple ongoing projects.
- Support strategic initiatives, and ensure long-term platform stability and adaptability.
What Youll Bring
