Director - Technology and Platform

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients to understand their current architecture, technology requirements, constraints and business objectives
• Lead the data platform build and system architectural discussions in the full delivery lifecycle from early shaping of high-level estimates for pre-sales to final delivery plans
• Manage and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for Financial Services clients and define the target architecture building blocks across channels, digital enablers, applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, data, microservices, and security
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at clients (Technology vertical), helping to modernize and simplify the technology landscape through the promotion of innovative, digital solutions. Also apply the same principles for Sirius AI's internal platform and architecture
• Assessment of security findings, vulnerabilities, and control gaps / deviations identified on applications and infrastructure.
• Being logical and analytical in defining approach for requirements, system analysis, system risk, performance tuning, defining improvements in platform / tools, application usability, system / process automation and software security
• Manage governance and problem-solving for platform and technology during build and deployment
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
