The Team : The Security & TechOps team is responsible for providing high quality Technical Support across a wide suite of products across business segments with Risk & Valuation Services (RVS) business line. The team works closely with a highly competent MI Tech Shared Service teams, OCTO teams, Client Services teams and the core project teams to maintain and improve the platform by strengthening security posture, managing client issues and senior stakeholders. Our work helps ensure that all products are provided a high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction. The team is responsible for owning and maintaining our cloud hosted apps.

The Impact : The role is an extremely critical role to help affect positive client experience by virtue of maintaining high availability of business-critical services / applications.
