- 12+ years of leadership experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in software development within CRM applications (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven experience with ERP applications (Dynamics F&O preferred).
- Robust experience in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with CI / CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data synchronization strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, and sprint execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
With a Side Of (Additional Skills) - Salesforce certifications (e. , Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
