Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in digital marketing agency sales . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, pitching agency services, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for the agency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Meta / Google Ads, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and tech) to design customized digital solutions.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to agency revenue growth.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing innovations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in business development / sales within a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple leads, pitches, and proposals simultaneously.Self-motivated with a growth-driven mindset.Show more
