About the Role :

We are looking for a Python Technical Lead to provide leadership in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale backend systems. This is an individual contributor role requiring expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and Linux / Unix environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development of scalable Python-based backend systems.
• Drive technical excellence, coding standards, and architecture best practices.
• Mentor and guide cross-project teams.
• Deploy, scale, and orchestrate applications via Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
• Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
