Lead Architect - Python

Job Description :

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Python / Django.
• Proven expertise in architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django framework) and Object-Oriented Design (OOP) principles.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, PostgreSQL, and Pandas.
• Strong knowledge of jQuery and experience with modern development tools.
• Ability to write secure, scalable, and reusable code.
• Hands-on experience in technical leadership, solution design, and team to Have Skills :
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 4.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Django ORM, Hibernate, JPA).
• Strong understanding of REST API design, authentication, and authorization.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.
• Background in Java Responsibilities :
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications in Python / Django.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures and integration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Drive best practices in coding, design, performance optimization, and security.
• Design and implement REST APIs and ensure seamless system integrations.
• Lead cloud deployment strategies on AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend adoption of modern tools & frameworks.
