Lead Python Developer - Backend Technologies

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Lead Python Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility while working on cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, React, and Azure cloud services, and experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python and React.
• Architect and implement cloud solutions leveraging Azure Services such as Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Queue Storage.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster skill development and team productivity.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and Skills & Qualifications :
• 6 - 8 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience with React for frontend development.
