Are you an experienced maintenance leader ready to drive reliability and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment? We’re looking for a Manager – General Maintenance to lead our maintenance strategy and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance strategies.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management and optimize maintenance systems.
- Lead breakdown response and root cause analysis for major failures.
- Drive digital transformation through CMMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize spare parts procurement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
