Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager – Commercial Leasing, located in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee and execute strategies related to commercial leasing. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, negotiating lease terms, market analysis and research, and liaising with landlords and tenants. Additionally, the role will require leading a team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth operational processes in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of market analysis, research, and industry trends
• Team leadership experience coupled with excellent organizational and operational management skills
• Superior communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus
