Sales Manager

The Sales Manager / Sr. Manager – Specialty Chemicals will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on key account management, contract renewals, and maximizing value from current business partners, rather than new client acquisition. The position requires 15+ years of proven experience in specialty chemicals sales, strong technical understanding of chemical applications, and a track record of successfully managing large / strategic accounts.

Responsibilities :

Account Management & Client Servicing

• Manage relationships with key domestic and international clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client requirements, technical support, and issue resolution.
• Understand client businesses, processes, and evolving needs to propose tailored chemical solutions.
• Drive contract renewals, long-term agreements, and annual business discussions with clients.
