We are looking for a results-driven Inbound Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales. This is an individual contributor role where you will manage the complete inbound sales cycle—from handling qualified leads to closing deals. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, solution-oriented selling, and a proven ability to convert inbound interest into long-term business partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and convert inbound leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
- Understand client needs through research and discovery calls
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos to decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and communications in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) to ensure client success post-sales
- Represent Hack2skill at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
You Should Have
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in IT inbound sales / business development with a strong track recordKnowledge of IT solutions, SaaS, or enterprise servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to independently manage the end-to-end inbound sales processStrong business acumen with a solution-selling approachProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office SuiteSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
