About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Partner Sourcing and Closing to drive residential sales transactions in the East and South Pune micro-markets like Hadapsar , Mundhwa and Dhanori . The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing, excellent channel partner relationships, local market knowledge, and a proven track record of converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive consistent lead flow and sales conversions.
- Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to closure, including client engagement, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers.
- Drive conversion of sourced leads into bookings while ensuring a superior client experience.
- Conduct product trainings and regular engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Track and report sales and sourcing performance metrics against targets.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competing projects, channel partner networks, and pricing dynamics.
Requirements
Experience :
3-6 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in channel partner management, sourcing, and closing roles, preferably in East and South Pune micro-markets.Skills :
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple transactionsProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsEducation :
