- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Real Estate located in Baner, Pune.
- The Sales Manager-Real Estate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving the company's sales targets.
- The role involves overseeing and coordinating the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships.
- The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, reporting on sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy skills
- Experience in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Deal Closing
- Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Client Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate market trends is a plus
