Eligibility :
Graduate in any stream with
minimum 2 years of HR experience
in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with
HR tools / HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA) .
Candidates residing in the
western suburbs
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, managing recruitment, and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process.
Conducting employee onboarding, inductions, and monitoring probation / performance during the initial period.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date
employee records
(personal files, attendance, leave management).
Preparing
payroll, salary structures, tax-exempt heads, payslips , and ensuring timely disbursement.
Handling statutory compliances including
PF, ESIC
payments, filings, and coordination with consultants.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
Preparing reports and MIS for management review.
