RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
  • Provide product / service information clearly.
  • Record call details and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resolve complaints or escalate them when needed.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience on every call.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills in [language(s)].
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in a call center or inbound process is a plus.
