Customer Service Associate | US Healthcare Voice Support | Hiring Urgently

Job Role : Customer Service Associate

Process : International Inbound Voice Process

Salary : Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift | 5 Days Working

Eligibility : 1 to 3 years Experience in US Voice Process | Healthcare experience is added advantage

Job Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Handle inbound calls from international customers with empathy and professionalism.

2.⁠ ⁠Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information about healthcare services.

3.⁠ ⁠Resolve queries efficiently using CRM software and internal knowledge bases.

4.⁠ ⁠Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.

5.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

6.⁠ ⁠Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards.

7.⁠ ⁠Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 Year in Customer Service (Voice Process)
  • ⁠ ⁠Healthcare BPO Experience is a BIG ADVANTAGE
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum HSC Passed (Graduates Preferred)
