We at GoDial, are looking for an enthusiastic and industrious candidate, for the role of Customer Success Executive. The role will give you the opportunity to interact with clients all over the world, both new and existing.

• Connect with new sign-ups and give them demonstrations of the software.
• Help them thoroughly during the trial and try to get them to purchase the subscription.
• Solve queries of existing clients.

Requirements.

Can speak both English and Hindi.

Have adequate knowledge of MS-Excel, Google sheets and MS-Powerpoint.
