Tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services offered by Skylight Consultants Pvt Ltd.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries complaints and actions taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive solutions and recommendations to customers.
• Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses in Australia to promote solar energy solutions.
• Must be having own laptop and good Internet connection.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solar energy or renewable energy role.

Communication Skills : Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent to communicate effectively with Australian customers.
