Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer relations, preferably within the real estate sector. Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically Farvision or similar, in an after-sales or property management context. Strong understanding of RERA compliance and real estate transaction processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and MS Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in Kolkata.
