(Urgent) Assistant Vice President Sales

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handling Channel Partners & Direct Sales activities with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth across projects.
• Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.
• Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Proficient in managing business encompassing customer relationship management, administration, market analysis, development of new markets and penetration into new segments.
• Analyzing market trends / requirements, collating market intelligence reports and accordingly forecasting sales. Evaluating sales & marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
• Organizing marketing / sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers.
• Handling product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate additional sales.
• Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments.
• Leading multiple projects from concept stage to possession, across Luxury, premium and affordable segment in real estate with an in-depth expertise in Team building,
