Job description

This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He / She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions.

1. Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy :

  • Define sales targets and objectives aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Identify key market segments and target customers within the B2B space.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's B2B customer base.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients :

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts.
  • Understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our products / services can address their challenges and objectives.
  • 3. Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Forecast sales accurately and focus on building constant sales pipeline.
  • 4. Collaborate cross-functionally :

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 8-10 years of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with an education or SAAS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent & leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L&D & HR professionals as well as Business / C-suite Executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs / L&D and government heads.
  • Willingness to travel PAN INDIA.
  • Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients
