🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Coordination

Plan and monitor production across all stages to ensure on-time delivery of quality denim.

Prepare accurate delivery timelines and coordinate with the sales / marketing teams.

Anticipate delays and execute timely corrective actions.

Calculate warp-sheet lengths for sizing.

Reconcile yarn vs. fabric for job-work deliveries.

Assess weft consumption as per quality standards.

Identify and report variances between actual vs. standard consumption.

Ensure greige sorts are processed correctly into their respective finish sorts.

Improve finishing throughput and alignment with customer requirements.

Work extensively on Excel (advanced formulas) and ERP systems.

Optimize production scheduling, resource utilization, and material flow through data-driven insights.

Maintain yarn requirement planning.

Raise and track requisitions.

Coordinate with procurement and management for timely material availability.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Textile Graduate with 5–8+ years of experience in a denim manufacturing mill

✅ Expert in Excel (advanced formulas) & ERP systems

✅ Strong analytical skills to track and optimize material consumption

✅ Excellent coordination & communication abilities

✅ Ability to foresee delays, manage timelines proactively, and take corrective action
