Production Incharge (Robotics)

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control

○ Plan daily production activities and ensure alignment with delivery targets

○ Coordinate with stores and purchase team for material availability

2. Team Supervision

○ Supervise floor staff, technicians, and machine operators○ Allocate manpower and shift duties

3. Process Monitoring & Reporting

○ Maintain daily production logs, quality records, and performance KPIs

○ Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions

4. Coordination with Quality & R&D Teams

○ Collaborate with QC and design teams to resolve production issues

○ Ensure design compliance in assemblies and fittings

Key Requirements

✅ Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering

✅ 3–6 years of production line experience, preferably in hardware or robotics

✅ Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills

✅ Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
