Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in SANAND. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient and timely production of pharmaceutical products, manage production schedules, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing safety processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in production and manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and production schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using production management software
• Prior experience working in a similar role is a plus
