Responsibilities :

End to end recruitment for US Geo hiring

Searching and Identifying engineering professionals through job boards, internal database and social network.

Highly proficient in sourcing candidate profiles using advanced Boolean search techniques and experienced in leveraging major US job boards effectively

Shortlisting profiles and to share with the hiring manager within defined SLA

Scheduling interviews and further following up with hiring manager & candidate

Salary discussion and negotiation.

Coordination with candidate post selection and offer release

Onboarding / joining of candidate

Keeping track record of all open demands assigned, resume submissions and further follow ups with hiring manager

Willing to work in night shift / US hour

Inter-personal competencies :

Strong quantitative skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Verbal & written communication and presentation skills

Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution

Organized and methodical

Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
