Location : Mumbai

Work Type : Hybrid

Job Description :

  • This key role is for one of our reputed clients in the construction and engineering space, where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Efficiently manage the recruitment process for construction and design positions.
  • Strong communication.
  • Sourcing : Utilize job portals and LinkedIn to identify top talent in a competitive market.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Headhunting : Target senior-level candidates to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Project Management : Coordinate multiple recruitment initiatives and align with business strategy.
  • Market Intelligence : Analyse trends and provide insightful reports to hiring managers.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline using ATS tools.
  • On-Site Flexibility : Engage with teams by being on-site twice a week.
  • Analytical Skills : Analyse recruitment forecasts and market trends to shape strategies.

  • We’re looking to bring in a Senior Recruiter to support the team. Ideally, we need someone with,Strong headhunting experience, especially at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage recruitment projects while also working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • More senior experience.
  • Influence hiring managers and guide them on market realities.
  • Use data to push back when needed and challenge assumptions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders effectively and drive hiring strategy.
