Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across battery manufacturing, R&D, engineering, plant operations, and supply chain.
• Build sourcing pipelines for niche positions such as electrochemists, lithium-ion specialists, quality engineers, and gigafactory operations talent.
• Develop competitor mapping strategies to attract candidates from leading battery / EV companies.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs in line with growth plans and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and environmental norms in all hiring practices.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred destination for battery / energy professionals.
