Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Thane. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best technical talent to fit those needs. Communication is key; the recruiter must actively engage with candidates, provide a positive experience, and effectively communicate opportunities with the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in educational institutions or similar settings is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
