Applications Support Engineer - SAP BRIM / FICA Module

Job Title : Application Support Engineer SAP BRIM Contract Accounting : Required : Minimum 8 : 15 years of full-time education (Bachelors Degree or equivalent : Preferred in relevant SAP modules or ITIL

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with deep expertise in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI-CA). This role is critical for ensuring the continuous functionality of enterprise-level systems and involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues in real-time business environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating across multiple teams and ensuring high system and Responsibilities :

• Serve as an SME and lead technical problem resolution across multiple teams.
• Own team-level decisions and contribute to enterprise-level support strategies.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Conduct regular system performance audits and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• Document issue resolution steps, knowledge articles, and preventive Skills :
• Strong expertise in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI-CA) and SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes in an enterprise support setting.
• Proficiency in application support, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Good command of SQL and database query Skills :
• Experience in SAP BRIM CI configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with incident management platforms like ServiceNow or JIRA.
