Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations. Basic understanding of HR concepts is an advantage (not mandatory). Good communication skills; proficiency in Kannada is required. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Basic understanding of HR processes Data entry and documentation Time management Communication and interpersonal skills MS Office proficiency Opportunity to learn HR operations from experienced leaders Work with a niche, globally relevant product team Office-based environment for faster learning and collaboration Scope to grow into higher responsibilities ⚠️ Note : Only candidates with strong and relevant experience will be considered. Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding activities and assist in employee orientation.
- Maintain employee files and support preparation of basic HR documents.
- Update employee information in HRIS and ensure accuracy.
- Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with HR policies.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with senior HR when needed.
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and collecting documents.
- Help in preparing simple HR reports and data summaries.
