Switch ON - Manager - Human Resources

Description : Location : Kolkata, West Bengal (with extensive travel across Eastern and Western India). Work Experience : Minimum 5 years (social sector experience preferred). Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (verbal and written).

Position Summary :

The HR Manager will play a strategic role in strengthening SwitchONs human resources function by leading end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and cultural integration. This role is critical to building robust HR systems, improving retention, and creating a people-centric and inclusive workplace aligned with SwitchONs mission and values.

Key Acquisition & Workforce Planning :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all verticals, including senior-level hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; forecast workforce needs.
• Design and execute workforce planning strategies in line with organizational growth.
