Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Dantan-II. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting overall human resource management. The role involves coordinating with teams and ensuring smooth HR processes to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and engagement
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role
• Relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is a plus
