This role is a blend of HR Business Partnering and HR Generalist responsibilities, focusing on driving HR operations, employee engagement, and end-to-end people processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, policies, and processes.
- Partner with business teams to understand workforce requirements and support in manpower planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Manage and execute core HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team on strategic initiatives and contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and policy reviews.
- Ensure smooth coordination with payroll, compliance, and other HR functional teams. Desired Candidate Profile - Educational Qualification : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience : 3-6 years of progressive HR experience in HRBP / HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
