Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
- Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide organizational and coordination support across HR functions.
- Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-focused approach toward employees and internal stakeholders.
- Take initiative and work proactively without constant direction, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability.
- Utilize MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Work with SAP ECC or other ERPs (preferred) for employee data processing and HR operations.
- Support Employee Relations activities and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Apply knowledge of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations in daily tasks.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership.
- Use reporting tools to enhance data accuracy, clarity, and decision-making support.
