HR Operations Support : Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee data management, HR processing, employee lifecycle updates, and documentation control.Employee Data Management : Manage and update employee records in HRMS tools, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with UK HR process standards.Ticket Management : Work on ticketing tools to resolve employee queries within SLAs and provide timely HR support.Reporting & Analytics : Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR leadership using Excel and reporting tools.HR Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to HR practices, workplace policies, employment regulations, and confidentiality requirements.HRMS Tools : Utilize SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and other ERPs for employee data updates, transactions, and audits.Stakeholder Handling : Coordinate with internal HR teams to ensure smooth processes for UK region operations.Documentation : Ensure collection and verification of payslips, offer letters, relieving letters, and other compliance documents.Eligibility Criteria :
- Regular graduates with no more than 1-year career gap.
- Immediate joiners preferred (DOJ : 18 November).
- Must have payslips and offer / relieving letters from previous employers.
- TCS permanent employees are not eligible; contractors may be considered with valid reasons and proper exit records.
Additional Requirements :
- Proven experience in employee relations or similar HR roles.
- Strong integrity when handling confidential employee data.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate accountability.
- Experience working in mid-size companies preferred.
- Exposure to UK HR processes is mandatory.
