will serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-hire to first-day activities. This role is responsible for coordinating all onboarding activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting global or regional onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main contact for new hires during onboarding, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates in the pre-hire stage.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics, and orientation.
- Select and manage appropriate background check and drug test packages based on job code and location.
- Review background check and drug test results and provide necessary clearance.
- Schedule start dates and assign onboarding events in My Learning.
- Update candidate profiles in Workday Ready for Hire.
- Send day-one emails to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters with instructions for reporting, badging, I-9 completion, and orientation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors, hiring managers, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and update checklists, trackers, and reports as needed.
- Support global and regional onboarding programs and initiatives.
