Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sales and marketing of premium home furniture manufactured by Sobha.
- Meeting individual house owners for their interior requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in interior sales, preferably in furniture or modular kitchen industry.Experience into B2C / Direct sales / Field Sales.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.Skills Required
