• In-depth Product Expertise : Maintain an extensive understanding of our diverse product range, including finishes, design options, pricing, and terms. Your expertise will be pivotal in swiftly addressing customer inquiries and facilitating informed decisions.
• Lead Generation and Management : Identify and qualify potential leads, engaging them with compelling presentations and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Client Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through active followups, arranging meetings, and collaborating with our design team to propose tailored solutions that lead to successful conversions.
• Trust Building : Establish and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to person throughout the design and decision-making process.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Brigade Plus team post-booking to guide clients through the design process, ensuring seamless coordination and a satisfactory conclusion.
